Currently we are undergoing a new verification tool to ensure orders are legitimate orders placed within our website, this is to safeguard our company but also to safeguard our customers.

When the 3rd party system flags an order, they are either placed on hold or cancelled due to a variety of reasons. We will respond with a request for additional information if the order is on hold, typically this will be done within 24hrs of the order being put on hold.

 

If the order was cancelled, we would suggest ordering the item again and then emailing us the order number so we can send this to the review team for the necessary review. What we have found is that orders are being flagged because the email used is not typically associated with the card on file or that the email used does not have any history to it.

 

The review team will be able to provide you with a better understanding of your order and why this was cancelled or is being reviewed. Our view is only from a global perspective, and I hope that this has helped.
